Production

In the main we pressure diecast parts in aluminium.
Magnus Aase AS have high pressure die casting machines ranging from 20 to 450tons capacity.
The company has CNC-machining centre and several manual machines.
Our skilled staff have many years of experience in die casting and injection moulding.
One of our goal is to be flexible and deliver just in time.




Automatic high pressure die casting: The ladle pour aluminium, the robot pick out the cast from the die and die lubrication is also done automatic.
Parts can be trimmed in our trimming presses, vibration deburred, vibration polished and machined as the customer demand.

In our tool-department we repair and maintenance our dies and other equipment, here we have millingmachines, turninglathe, ECM etc.
